With advanced finite element analysis, computer simulates the design of magnetic circuit so as to magnetic field distribution more scientific and reasonable, ensuring the reliability of equipment. We add the magnetic filter medium, so the effective sorting area of magnetic field reach to 450mm. The higher sorting area can increase the capture probalility of the magnetic material by almost 10%.

4.Characteristics: Dry magnetic separator has high intensity and high gradient magnetic field. The maximum magnetic field is 21000GS. High frequency and low amplitude vibration can remove iron more thoroughly.
5.Applications: Dry magnetic filters is used for removing ferrous contaminants from dry powder，such as anode and cathode materials for lithium batteries, lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, abrasives, mining industry, etc. Wet magnetic filter is for slurry, such as ceramic industry , chocolate and others.
